Tagged: documentary, Lucia Ballas-Traynor“MTV will shut down MTV Español and launch another channel, MTV Tres, this winter, executives said Monday.
The channel will target young Hispanics, 12 to 34, from “both worlds,” meaning Spanish and U.S. orientation. It will employ both Spanish and English language and offer primarily music programs, emphasizing pop, urban and rock. Future programs, including news and documentary shows, will embrace American and Hispanic cultures, said Lucia Ballas-Traynor, general manager of MTV Español.”
