“As many as 20 million Mexicans, or 5 percent of the country, rely on money from relatives working in the United States, a Gallup report said Tuesday.
The report came as lawmakers battled over immigration reform, even within the ranks of the Republican Party, where some want a fence built along the Mexican border, and U.S. President George Bush advocating a guest worker program.”
