“FremantleMedia Licensing Worldwide (FLW) has named Jack Alfandary as VP of licensing and new business development, a newly created position overseeing sponsorship, licensing and digital activity throughout Latin America and the U.S. Hispanic market for key FremantleMedia brands.

Alfandary will focus on ancillary revenues for properties like American Idol, The Apprentice, The Price Is Right and the upcoming Latin American and Brazilian versions of the Idols format: Latin American Idol and Idolos Brazil. Additionally, he will manage the company’s new business development initiatives in South and Latin America. Alfandary will be based in Miami and will report to Carlos Gonzalez, the managing director of Latin America and Spanish-speaking USA at Fremantle Productions Latin America; and Olivier Gers, the executive VP of FremantleMedia Licensing Worldwide, Americas.”
