“Chef Rick Bayless’ latest valentine to his adopted country – Mexico – is a fascinating new collection of recipes which he has entitled “Mexican Everyday: Recipes Featured on Season 4 of the PBS-TV series ‘Mexico One Plate at a Time.’”
It is his sixth cookbook and much like the previous ones he has written. It is a tasty mixture of history, regional culture and cuisine.
Speaking by telephone from his Chicago restaurant, Frontera Grill, Bayless said his new book is all about balance and simplicity.”
