Not sure what the Síƒ stands for but it is in the original article.
“I am so proud to announce that the Waukegan Public Library is the recipient of the North Suburban Library System’s Innovation Award for 2005-06.The award was given for the library’s SíƒÂgame program conducted last year. SíƒÂgame, Spanish for follow me, is the title of a Hispanic outreach and public awareness program.
The citation for the award commended the Waukegan Library “For the creation of SíƒÂgame, a public awareness campaign that perfectly weds the needs of the individuals with library services by reaching into the heart of the community… SíƒÂgame, which means “follow me,” is an invitation all libraries may accept in serving their own diverse communities.”"
