“According to the American Public Health Association’s newspaper, “The quality of health care for all Americans continues to improve at a modest pace, and health care disparities are narrowing overall for many minority Americans. But for Hispanics, disparities have increased in both quality of care and access to care.”

In response to the American Public Health Association’s statement , the Latino Health Organization will host “Bowling Juntos” (”Bowling Together”). The fundraiser is set for April 29, from 1 to 5 p.m. at Olympic Lanes, 4040 S. 27th St.”
