“Thousands of people in cities across the United States are protesting proposed federal immigration legislation. The marchers disagree with proposed legislation that would make it a felony to be an undocumented immigrant.

In Hamblen County, roughly six percent of the population is Hispanic. Many people in the Hispanic community are very concerned with the new bill on the table in Congress.”
