“Three years after the Seattle Mariners signed away the Spanish broadcasting rights for their 81 home games to a Spokane radio group, the team is struggling to gain wide appeal among Washington’s 442,000 Hispanics.

Recent changes at KXLY Radio Group of Spokane could make it even harder for the troubled programming package to attract more Hispanic listeners.”
