“The venture, experts say, is the latest in an effort to create a chain that successfully marries ethnic cuisine — invariably Hispanic — to fast-food delivery and decor, usually with a menu built around chicken, or pollo in Spanish.

Owner Carrols Corp. of Syracuse, N.Y., hopes Hudson County’s heavily Hispanic population will prove a ready market for the company’s menu of grilled chicken prepared in Latin American and Caribbean style.”
