Hispanic Owned Business On The Rise In South Carolina

“Good news for South Carolina’s economy-if you’re Hispanic. A new report by the census bureau shows the Palmetto state had the third fastest growth rate in Hispanic-owned businesses over the five-year period from 1997-2002. That growth is even more impressive when you look at other census numbers that show the overall population growth of Hispanics in our state is mostly below the national average.
