“The number of Hispanics working in the federal government continued to increase last year.
In the Fifth Annual Report on Hispanic Employment in the Federal Government, the Office of Personnel Management reported Hispanic representation in the federal government increased by 0.1 percent last year.
Since 1995, the number of permanently-employed Hispanics in the federal government has steadily increased. The largest yearly increase in Hispanic representation occurred during FY 2004, when the Hispanic representation rose 0.3 percent from FY 03.”
