“A delegation of over 50 national Hispanic faith leaders from across the country will travel to Washington, DC to urge top political leaders, both Republicans and Democrats, to move quickly to enact immigration reform legislation that will provide individuals with an opportunity to be a part of America’s society while ensuring greater border security.

In meetings to be held at the Democratic National Committee (DNC), Republican National Committee (RNC) and White House on March 22 and 23, the group plans to discuss with senior officials the issues and obstacles to achieving comprehensive immigration reform. United States Attorney General Alberto Gonzales and DNC Chairman Howard Dean will host separate meetings for the group.”
