“One fights crime. The other two sell insurance and postage out of the same office.

All three share a commitment to serve the Hispanic community of the Mid-South.

Monday, the U.S. Postal Service and Nationwide Insurance Agent Larry Crum opened Memphis’s first full-time bilingual post office right inside Crum’s insurance office at 3546 Hickory Hill Road. The office — staffed with bilingual insurance agents and postal workers — will work together to break down the language barrier that leaves a lot of Memphis Hispanics hoarding letters and gifts for loved ones until they can afford to visit their homelands.”
