“As a member of an organization for Latino alumni, I look forward to working with Dean of Admissions Jeff Brenzel and the Admissions Office to increase the presence of Latino undergraduates at Yale this year.

In March 2005, Hispanic Magazine published its list of the top 25 colleges and universities for Latino students. Stanford University, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Harvard University topped the list. Yale did not appear at all. In fact, Yale was not even among those schools that were eligible for consideration because its enrollment is less than 7 percent Latino.”
