“As the Valley’s Latino population continues to rise, it’s becoming more difficult for credit unions to find qualified bilingual employees.

“It’s proving to be a huge challenge,” said Laura Lowe Edgar, director of community services for Arizona Federal, which is looking to hire 30 bilingual employees.”
