New Spanish-language station joins dial. La Preciosa will debut Tuesday on 101.7-FM in Louisville, Kentucky
Tagged: radio, Spanish-language“Rock ‘n’ roll will give way to hot Hispanic hits at 5 p.m. Tuesday when WXTF (101.7-FM) becomes Spanish-language station WLPP.
WLPP will be known as La Preciosa (“precious”), a Clear Channel Radio concept that has been in the works since September 2004. It’s already been introduced in more than a dozen cities, including San Francisco, San Diego, Las Vegas and Sioux City, Iowa.”
