“In celebration of National Women’s History Month, Jafra Cosmetics International announced today that Elsa Patricia Franco from Santa Ana, California has been selected as a recipient of “Mi Oficina Jafra,” a program designed by Jafra to support its District Directors in the establishment of their own professional offices within commercial settings to help them market the Jafra brand, and serve as a resource center to their local independent consultants.
