“Oregon no longer will participate in programs, sponsored by the Mexican Consulate, that provided information on government programs for immigrants.
The decision came about because the consulate is limiting the programs, called “carousels,” to Mexican nationals, and not to other immigrants, a spokesman for the governor said.”
