“Natazia Torres likes that she can speak both Spanish and English. She likes that she can dance and that she’s Latina.

“Everyone is special in their own way,” the 11-year-old said with a smile.

“Then it’s working,” said Daisy Rivera Algarin, one of the organizers of Saturday’s rally for young Latinas.”
