‘Arte Latino 2006′ complements film fest in San Diego, California

“Art by 13 Latino artists is on display at various sites around the county during the 13th annual San Diego Latino Film Festival that began Thursday and continues through next Sunday.

The exhibit, “Arte Latino 2006,” is the third to be presented during the film festival organized by Golden Hill-based Media Arts Center San Diego.

Patrons who visit the exhibit venues will receive a 2-for-1 movie ticket at the San Diego Latino Film Festival booth at UltraStar Mission Valley Cinemas/Hazard Center. Fifteen percent of “Arte Latino 2006” sales will benefit the nonprofit Media Arts Center, its film festival and year-round center programming.”
