“An employee of a Starbucks restaurant in a mall in Santa Fe is back on the job now after being suspended by his manager for speaking Spanish to another employee.

“It’s amazing that we have to go through all this stuff — in Santa Fe, of all places,” said Jorge Serrano, the suspended, then reinstated, worker.”
