Hispanic Community on Alert Following Attack in Savannah, Georgia

“The Hispanic community is on high alert after another attack. Over the last six months, Hispanic men have been targeted in at least a dozen armed robberies at southside apartment complexes in Savannah. The latest was the worst, because the victim was shot (Victim Shot During Robbery).

We spoke with neighbors about the trouble. Thursday morning’s shooting happened after Lucas Milchor went to bed. “I was sleeping when someone knocked on my door and said, ‘Hey! Help! Help!’” he told us. “I didn’t answer my door because I didn’t know what was going on.”"
