But there is an industry that has jobs that most people don’t want any part of - service jobs in the hotel industry.

There are no waiting lines to fill out these job applications. In fact, the majority of people who work in this industry cleaning up after other people’s messes are mostly women, people of color, immigrants, single parents and welfare-to-work participants. “
