“Saying they are fed up with “idle talk,” the Denver Police Latino Organization is taking longstanding complaints against the city’s top cops to federal investigators.

The group will announce today that it has filed a class-action employment discrimination complaint with the Department of Justice and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in Denver.”
