“In amateur video shot by a union carpenter, two men, reportedly undocumented workers, are on the job at The O’Fallon Lakes housing development.

The $25-million project is funded in part by the Missouri Housing Development Corp.

In the past 10 days, 13 undocumented workers have been arrested from the site on charges from traffic violations to assault.”
