“A national Catholic campaign to bolster immigration reform is currently in high gear within the Archdiocese of Cincinnati, with groups throughout the region joined together to urge the passage of a United States Senate measure that would “establish a safe and humane” system for integrating “hard-working immigrants” into the United States, according to a statement issued by Justice for Immigrants, the official name for the U.S. bishops’ immigration reform program.”
