“For the third time in four ratings periods, a Spanish-format station topped Arbitron’s rating for Midland-Odessa.

But the field appears to be catching up.

KQLM, La Nueva Q-108, again showed the power of the Hispanic listener as it posted an 8.7 rating for the combined period of spring and fall of 2005.”
