LatCom Creates High School Magazine, Rebrands ‘iCaramba U.’

Its target is 13- to-17-year-old Hispanic girls. The high school edition will be distributed exclusively at high-density Latino schools nationwide in branded Latino U. racks on campuses. Committed advertisers include KFC, Clean and Clear and The California Student Aid Commission, says Chitel.“
