“This school year, Reynolds School District signed on to the Oregon-Mexico Educational Partnership, an agreement between Oregon and Mexico that makes Mexico’s national curriculum available.

Under the program, the Mexican government provides schools with free textbooks, videos from junior high school classes broadcast on TV, and access to its online high school and adult education programs.”
