“”Education: The Pathway to Social Economic Reform” will feature workshops by community, political and educational leaders on topics including higher education, community empowerment, networking, Chicana and Chicano leadership and history and indigenous culture.

This year’s keynote speaker is Guadalupe Gutierrez, Director of Research and Development at Chicanos Por La Causa. “
