HNBA Supports Nomination of Magistrate Judge Aida M. Delgado-Colón to U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico

“The Hispanic National Bar Association (HNBA) endorses the confirmation of United States Magistrate Judge Aida M. Delgado-Colón to a seat on the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico. The HNBA urges the Senate to confirm President Bush’s nomination of Judge Aida Delgado-Colon. The HNBA makes this recommendation on the basis of Judge Delgado-Colon’s exemplary service as a United States Magistrate Judge, her judicial temperament, integrity, legal experience, and preeminent reputation as a lawyer.
