“An appendix to the original 8-K Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) report Univision filed Jan. 31 went public today after several reports emerged Wednesday detailing the continuing feud between the media company and its programming supplier, Grupo Televisa. The 48-page document contains the counterclaim Televisa filed earlier this week in a California federal court in response to the ongoing legal bickering. The document was submitted by Santa Monica, Calif.-based Alschuler Grossman Stein & Kahan LLP, attorneys for Televisa S.A. de C.V. and Grupo Televisa, S.A.”
