Zócalo modeled on Mexican mercado in Arizona

“Zócalo Mall is expected to open its doors in downtown Peoria this March, pitching everything from tortillas to leather goods to child-care services.

Mall renovation is under way at a vacant Albertsons market at Peoria and 83rd avenues, the first of at least four stores planned in the Phoenix metro area.
