Verizon Offers New Spanish-Language Web Site for DSL Information and Ordering

“Verizon Online today launched a new Spanish-language Web site that makes it easier for Spanish-speaking customers to obtain information on Verizon Online DSL service. The Web site, espanol.verizon.com, is accessible now and offers details on pricing and packages, system requirements, online services and other helpful information.

“Verizon created this Web site to ensure that the benefits of high-speed access to the Internet are available to our Spanish-speaking customers,” said Alejandra Martinez, Verizon manager for Hispanic markets. “The Web site also lists two toll-free numbers that will enable customers to order Verizon Online DSL service from a Spanish-speaking customer service representative.” …”
