“Latin food is hot these days — Penn Staters sampled Cuban food while in Miami for the Orange Bowl and Daisy Martinez, celebrity chef of the PBS cooking show “Daisy Cooks!” will celebrate Hispanic flavors at the Connoisseurs Dinner on Feb. 4 at the Nittany Lion Inn.
