“Two of the newly appointed members í‘ Robert Vinton, the ESL and migrant program director for USD 443 in Dodge City, and Arturo Ponce, a coordinator for the Kansas HIV/AIDS Community Planning Group í‘ work with the Hispanic population in southwest Kansas.

Vinton earlier this week said he thinks it is important to have representatives from southwest Kansas on the commission, which was designed to ensure that Kansas’ Latino community is fairly represented by the state government….”
