“Administrators from the Dallas Independent School District were in El Paso on Thursday to study how two Lower Valley schools educate their students in both English and Spanish.

The Dallas officials toured the Alicia Chacón School and Del Valle High School, both in the Ysleta Independent School District, to ask questions about their dual-language programs, which aim to graduate fully bilingual students….”
