“Ana Hart, who moved from the Benton County-based Chapter 754 to a LULAC Council in Springdale, said the Springdale Council will serve as host for the LULAC state convention.
The convention will be held in March, Hart said. “The Springdale Council is going to be (serving as host for) the state convention for LULAC. … I think it’s going to be held in the Jones Center,” she said….”
