“In response to the rapidly growing Hispanic food market, Tyson Fresh Meats, Inc. has introduced a line of fresh, thin-sliced beef products. (Editor’s Note: Hispanics are also a major part of Tyson’s work force. Maybe their marketing people did some consumer research in plant lunch rooms?)

Thin Sliced or “Rebanado Delgado” beef is being offered by Tyson to provide convenience for the growing number of consumers, food retailers and foodservice outlets using thin sliced meat for Latin-style meals….”
