The general theory is that illegal immigrant men have sex with other partners while here, return home to their native countries or bring their wives over and then, in turn, infect them.
Yet, nobody ever really talks about the AIDS situation back in the home countries. True there is a huge social stigma and people shy away from discussing it, but if an excellent article about the situation in Guatemala is any indication, then we owe it to ourselves to know what’s happening south of our border….”
