“The Rev. Bruce Cecil at Our Lady of Soledad Church in Coachella said he may soon become a criminal.

Cecil’s ministerial work is among one of the Coachella Valley’s highest Latino populations. And it would technically become a crime in certain circumstances, in a strict interpretation of part of The Border Protection, Antiterrorism and Illegal Immigration Control Act of 2005, passed Friday by the House….”
