“If a bill before the South Carolina General Assembly is approved, any illegal immigrant caught in the state could be imprisoned for up to five years and have his or her cash, car and savings confiscated.

That’s just one of the proposed laws that puts South Carolina among the most aggressive states in the country in trying to crack down on illegal immigration….”
