“Founded in 1907, First Bank, the oldest bank in Wichita County is opening a new branch intended to cater to the Hispanic community of Wichita Falls.
“The market is underserved,” said Paul Rodriguez, manager of the new branch, which is slated to open in January. In fact, while Hispanics are the largest minority in the United States, almost half that population - almost 20 million people - haven’t opened a basic bank account, according to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp….”
