“Oklahoma State University’s Oklahoma City campus is only a few miles from the historic Stockyards neighborhood. But for many Hispanic residents there, it seems a world away.
On Wednesday, the campus got a lot closer, opening a community outreach office with bilingual recruiters. The OSU-OKC outreach office is in the Exchange Avenue Baptist Church at 1312 S Pennsylvania Ave., an area where many low-income and minority families live but may know little about how to obtain higher education….”
