Dealing with this region’s ‘Latino invasion’ - North Carolina

“This is my last monthly article as an Observer community columnist. I thank readers for their time and very helpful feedback.

I will end by stating the only true fact about Latino immigrants, one that I stated before and some people still dare defy, dare blind their eyes to: Latino immigrants will keep coming to this state, and to this metro area, as long as there’s work in fields, construction, landscaping and the food industry. They will keep coming and try to settle here….”
