“Fort Wayne Newspapers released a new free weekly periodical today. It’s called “Fronteras de la Noticia” and is focused on the Hispanic community. But with hispanics making up just 5% of the population, is there a need for 6th hispanic newspaper in the area?

Fort Wayne Newspapers new weekly hispanic periodical is now on the stands. “Fronteras” which in English means “Borders” or “Frontiers” is doing exactly that according to the publishers….”
