“Endavo Media and Communications, Inc. (OTC BB: EDVO) announced today that it has entered into a Master Services Agreement with Ahora LLC to support the launch of several of Ahora’s Spanish language broadband video service offerings.

Under the terms of the agreement, Endavo will provide digital content delivery and management services supporting the launch of “AhoraTV.” AhoraTV will initially offer six channels of full screen, DVD-quality Spanish language programming to Microsoft Media Center PC and standard PC users. The Company plans to aggressively add new channels to the AhoraTV lineup throughout 2006 to become a leading provider of Spanish language programming from around the world. The AhoraTV platform is currently being tested and expected to launch in January 2006….”
