“Bolivia, Paraguay and Peru are losing citizens to richer and more politically stable countries such as Argentina, Brazil and Chile, according to research presented last month by Domingo Martí­nez Castilla, coordinator of MU’s Cambio Center.

According to Martí­nez’s research, collected while traveling through the region and from international migration organizations, immigrants flock to large urban areas, specifically Buenos Aires, Sí£o Paolo and Santiago. There they find work mostly in agriculture, manufacturing and the service industry….”
