“Enrollment for Medicare’s new prescription drug benefit began Nov. 15. But the process of signing up for the program that promises to provide most people ages 65 and older with future savings on prescription drugs is a complicated process, especially for those who speak no English.

Medicare and CLAIM, Missouri’s state health insurance assistance program, offer help in signing up for the program that will take effect Jan. 1 if one enrolls by Dec. 31.”
