“Hairspray, high heels and pride of heritage were abundant at the first-ever Twin Cities Miss Reina Latina beauty pageant, in which 10 young Hispanic women competed for the crown. Hispanic women representing Ecuador, Mexico, El Salvador, Guatemala, Peru, Colombia, Venezuela and Argentina competed recently in the first Latino beauty pageant in Minnesota. Jennifer Coppiano, right, went home with the crown and the title — Miss Reina Latina of the Twin Cities.”
